We endeavour to answer your query the same day Monday to Friday 9-5 and at weekends/bank holidays we will respond on the next working day. We have various experts who we call upon to answer your questions and aim to give you the best possible advice. We coordinate all queries at a central location in the UK (WE DO NOT USE CALL CENTRES)
We use two methods of delivery depending on the product and location. We can use our own transport or a responsible carrier who will deliver on a UK wide basis.
If we have to leave a delivery, as per instructed via your delivery comments, and do not obtain a signiture then we assume you have taken responsibility and ownership of the products. Any damage, theft etc will be your responsibility.
No we can deliver the smallest item but obviously we still charge a delivery fee
Yes if we receive your order by 12 noon we are able to delivery next day subject to a next day delivery charge. To have your order delivered next day just tick the box at the final payment stage and a charge of £10 will be added to your order. All next day deliveries need to be ordered by 12am on the day before.

Yes all the prices show that VAT is included. The only additional cost is P&P.
YES we can delivery to site although all first time orders over £250 can only be delivered to the cardholders address.

We accept all unused goods for a full refund provided they are returned to us in their original condition. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Please contact us as the range offered is only a small selection of our entire guttering products. We are able to source almost any different type of domestic rainwater products in the UK.
No at present we are only able to deliver to mainland UK.
Upon receipt of the returned goods, the seller will notify the buyer by email of the value of the refund which will be credited to the buyer's credit card account used for the original payment of the goods. Payment will be made within 4 weeks of the date of the e-mail. The value of any goods returned as defective, damaged or not in accordance with the order will be credited in full.
If you need to return the goods please note that a 20% restocking charge plus the cost of carriage will be deducted from your refund
