At yourgutteringproducts we have a very simple approach as regards postage and packaging as we want you to receive the products in the best possible condition at the lowest possible price. We endeavour to deliver the majority of products by our own transport but for some products and locations we use a responsible carrier.
Our standard delivery service is 5 working days from receipt of order. If you need to return the goods please note that a 20% restocking charge plus the cost of carriage will be deducted from your refund.
We do offer a next day delivery service on all items. We must receive the order by 12am on the day before delivery is required and we charge a flat fee of £10 over and above your chosen delivery service.
